ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ 36 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನು ಕಬಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಜಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಎ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸಚಿವ ಹೆಚ್.ಸಿ. ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
